1.) How do you turn on HTML?

2.) Were do you get an Avatar?

Alex has diabled the use of HTML in these forums. There's nothing you can do about that.

As for an avatar, you need to go to your profile settings and upload one. The instructions for that are at the bottom of the settings page.
