I use freeserve (then wanadoo, now orange) and I've never had anything to complain about (except I do pay a bit more than I should).
I suppose there's NTL - although the main benefit comes from the whole package - and now it is missing sky one..
I'd say look at the ADSL guide website and look at the reviews.
(google 'ADSL speed test' and it should be in the first 5 results)
