13 Aug 2006, 22:55Aye, proper food, a long with walking, cycling, going to the gym, jogging every day, not smoking or drinking or being around smoking and drinking will eventually build you up like a brick. Give it 18 months solid of that, and you'll REALLY notice the difference.

I found that I came away from my hols alot better thanks to all the booze I had.
