Look, I don't want to be a spoiler but these modalities are a bit boring. I like the idea about a game about shoes but let's see what else you can come up with. Try and slow down and get serious about the idea. I am sure that if you think about this a little bit more you can come up with more interesting modalities for the game. Let's see what you can come up with. Don't build on what you have already come up with. It's no good. Come up with some new ideas.

Not everybody is like that.
Most people follow a style, there's not much out there now that you can be imaginative with.
I do agree with that though, one of the reasons I got sick of dressing gothic was because of the attention I would get walking down the street, or the impressions I gave people just because of what I wore. I think it's kinda silly.
So I cut my hair, started wearing casual jeans and shirts that have cool patterns on, but no big name labels, nothing too chavy though, because I dislike chavs, and never anything close to gothic or metalhead, because I don't really like them much anymore either. You're never gunna pull a good-looking girl if you're dressed up like Maralyn Manson, or thinking that you're david beckham, but instead look like a complete tit.
The casual look is the way to go, not too stylish, but still good.

Yah, Daisy... "middle Earth..." oh, ha, ha, ha. Or "whatever alternative Earth..." whoo hoo, hoo, ha, hee, haw....
Maybe instead of attempting to build my persona with imaginary concepts and selfish viewpoints, you should seek knowledge of me, then formulate an opinion. Or would that be too difficult? Too much thinking? Maybe having to look ahead to something that EXISTS would actually be learning... (should I dare say it?)... LIFE? Oooh, scary....

Also, "falsalities" is pretty close to "falsities" which I was actually after. "alities" sounded good to put on the end of "false" at the time.
I spent 3 minutes making that word up!
And "falseness"!? WTF? Do you hate writing?
"also based on falseness". Falseness is more a quality then any-thing. It is, perhaps the amount of 'false' something can be?
I could have used "invalid arguments" or, just used a thesaurus for some good words, but I liked falsities.
.. And i can never 'express myself correctly'. Why should I get it correct when replying to your tripe?
On a side-note, welcome coffee!
See you around.

tr0n,
It's a series of emotional expressions in response to his post. The faces expose a meaning conveyed through facial gestures. I've never used a smiley face in any of my posts until this one. Is there a technical problem with it or just a personal one?

18 Aug 2006, 18:27But smilies are meant to add something, and emotion, to that part of the message... NOT be an actually message - which is meaningless.
I can click on smilies all I want, but without a message, they're meaningless, and so are taking up bandwidth, space, and time.

tr0n, with all due respect, what is meaningful to you? I understand the bandwidth issue, and I respect that. The space and time: well, life is entangled in space and time, and its storyline is proving to be meaningless, so let's direct attention to that more important issue. And lastly, considering I've never used a smiley in any of my previous posts, compared to posts made by other members and their total quantity of smileys used, I suggest you adjust your focus onto their abundance of smileys and kindly remove your disdain toward me.
Thank You,

19 Aug 2006, 10:42Even posts with one or two smilies is OK (ie no words, just 2-ish smilies), as long as they're used to express something.
Clicking every smiley there, is simply expressing your inability to express yourself! There's no point behind doing it, and nothing is gained by anyone reading it.

I would understand your point Tr0n if I continuously posted meaningless, well, um, er, posts with an over-abundance of smilies. But I don't, and I've explained its meaning. In fact, I did not use every smiley face and I chose each smiley face intelligently and sequenced them to express an emotional suggestion to Zelimos concerning his angry Avatar. I just wanted Zelimos to be happy. And now I want you to be happy.

Awww well, on it goes.
And I'm too tired to carry this on, I'm not removing the post. Please just try to add a sentance or two adding meaning to the message next time (two words isn't a sentance).

[Note: please don't be offended by the bible standing for a swear word. I just can't think of another B-word which would fit.]

You wouldn't say that if you met me in person
I met a girl from Newcastle in person today, only talked to her on the net. She had a crazy friend with her though. I was in the process of getting drunk so my confidence was sky high.
She found it odd how everybody that walked passed me knew me. (I thought that was kinda strange too).
