A decent sound editing program?

28 Apr 2006, 16:55I'm looking for a program I can edit sound with. I don't need anything special. Let me know if you have anything that fits this vauge description.

... Yeah, I like cool edit pro 2.. I downloaded it (*cough*and crack*/cough*) and it was VERY good.
Has brill effects, can do multiple tracks, mix, midi stuff, etc. Probably alot more has been added - or maybe not. This was back in about 2001/2002.
I guess if you had Nero, you could use some of those tools that come with it.
You could also go for a search on sourceforge.net, see if anything comes up there.
