Inspired by Hans Zimmer from the Pearl Harbor theme tune, I plan to make this into a full piece:

Begging your pardon, jakk, but "Crap" isn't actually "music". it is meter set to a beat. (in any language, BTW) I am only mentioning this because it actually doesn't blow Zelimus' music out of the water. The statement is innacurate. You might as well say that your toster totally blows Zelimus' computer out of the water.
The two arts are distinct. I'm just saying don't compare apples and oranges.
Zelimus, I enjoyed hearing your stuff. Well done.

23 Apr 2006, 17:11Zel, how many instruments can you play?
I know of a guy who went through about 6 different instruments - probably more - being able to play them all ABOVE a 'listenable standard'.
Last I heard he was in a small band and they had paid out a small amount to get a single recorded in a studio.

23 Apr 2006, 17:32Tough audience here eh? I'll HA! watch and wait a bit before I get brave enough to link to any of my work. However, I at least semi-regularly get gigs to play.

04 May 2006, 19:52I play about 6, that I can remember off the top of my head hehe. I do experimenting with different instruments, I'm not sure where the line is between being able to play, and specialising in playing an instrument.
I do have my own home studio which comes in very handy, so i'm experience in sound and recording engineering, although not to a semi-professional standard. Getting better all the time though.
